I have received good news from George Wimpey who are the original developers of the Richmond Estate. They have confirmed that the green area on Norwich Crescent is to be landscaped and that weeding of the area has already taken place.
They have also advised me that southern Electric has now been commissioned to re-site the leaning lamp post at Norwich Crescent to a safer more secure location..
I hope this news reaches you in good heart and confirm I am still chasing Michael Sims for an update on the list of items that had been discussed.
A letter will be sent to all residents tonight confirming our success....2009 looks promising!
