Car Park renovation for Richmond Estate

Whilst delivering letters in your area celebrating the recent success in the weeding and litter pick of the Norwich Crescent Green Area - which will also attain full landscaping shortly - I met with some residents very concerned about the condition of your estate. They have asked for me to work with RGM is resolving the Car Park fiasco as George Wimpey are refusing to rectify the car park. What they have suggested is that 3 additional magnets within the mag lock to the Car park would keep intruders out and reinstatement of the pumps by replacing the fuses should remove the water. leaving only the lighting repairs in addition to this work. They have expressed that they are willing to replace the light slats in the chambers along your rear gardens, so they are the right way up and allow natural sunlight light into the car park. This should be completed by Sunday and hopefully would trigger repairs of the internal light fitting which they believe would provide adequate light in the evenings.

I will take up this proposal with RGM the Management Agents.
