Further to my recent communication with London and Quadrant, I have received a very positive response from a Senior Manager:
"I have been liaising with Mr Markou at Winchesters. You have been copied into correspondence in regards to the water pressure and you are now fully aware of what action is being taken in this regard."
"Our Surveyor will be liaising with 4 Birch Court to arrange a home visit, prior to your correspondence our records do not show that there has been a report from the resident regarding any outstanding maintenance issues.
A reminder letter of the Trusts contact details has been sent to residents of 1 - 12 Birch Court.
My email to you dated 1 April 2009 fully explained the responsibilities of the Trust and the Managing Agent, Winchesters. With regards to the cyclical painting, we are awaiting a schedule to be provided of the proposed date for the painting to the communal areas. These proposals are currently being drawn up by Mr Markou. When the schedule has been agreed, residents will be advised accordingly.
I will shortly be meeting Mr Markou to carry out a site visit at Birch Court, Bengeo Gardens and Sherman Gardens."
