Graffiti clearance

I have chased up the General Cleansing Team regarding the Bulky waste and graffiti I have recently reported, which is still to be removed. I received a response on Friday that stated:

"Please see below – all your concerns have been logged for attention, either from the Graffiti removal team or the Street Scene Enforcement Team. The numbers next to the item are the enquiry numbers on our database and can be quoted when raising the issue."
