Residents have also asked for a review of the following:
- Entrance door slams loudly for property at 17 - 25 Avenue Road
- Door to fore area for flats 11- 12 Avenue Road has been boarded and the glass has not yet been replaced reducing sunlight and looking rather unaesthetic.
- Flat 15 Avenue Road has littered communal internal fore court with bulky waste...can something be done?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Whilst delivering letters on Avenue Road on the 10th April I noticed the following issues with some flats on Avenue Road:
- 11-16, 17- 25, and 26-31 have not had their communal areas re painted or new carpets placed in them like many other flats in the are? They are also surrounded by litter?
- In 26 – 31 an electrical meter has had its door ripped off?
- Bin area to flats 26 – 31 has an old Lawn Mower inside and a Tesco Trolley outside (I have asked Tesco to remove no action required)
- 32 – 37, 38-43 have had a major renovation of communal areas while other have not?
44- 46 and 74 – 79 Tradesman button not working internal areas completely repainted – but floor could do with a change? - 47 – 52, 68-73, and 74-79 have slatted windows above the porches could these be changed for windows that provide more insulation and security?
- High Road flat no. 904 – 910 Electric meter box of hinges this is also the case at no. 56 Essex Road Flat.
What strikes me as particularly bizarre is that the conditions within the flats is not uniform - some flats have completely renovated internal communal areas including new carpet and paint, others have only received new paint others seem to have been completely neglected. If someone can provide details of the Management Agents I will start to investigate and see if I can provide a positive response.
