CHAG?!

After much debate and a lot of canvassing we have for the first time ever a Residents Action Group for Chadwell. Your first ever Chairman is Michael Pit who you will have read about in last weeks Ilford Recorder...he is one of the allotment holders that complained about recent allotment arson attacks. This is the first step in a concerted effort to make "A Cleaner and Safer Chadwell" the new motto and primary aim of the Group.
From the left of the picture:
  • Michael Pitt (Chairman)
  • Jay Kotharu
  • Michael McCarthy
  • Isla Martin (Chairman Shepherds Close NHW)
  • Pastor James Peters (Chairman Essex Road NHW)
  • Paul Sampson (proposed Chairman Millhaven/Capstan Crucible NHW)
  • Sundip Patel

  3. Regarding your residents action group any person representing Capstan Close would need to be voted in by the residents.

  4. Dear annoymous the group has decided on an informal structure to the group and they have no constitution. If they had a constitution It would be up to members to decide on minute details such as those expressed by yourself. For your attention this group has a Chadwell wide perspective and although residents live in different parts of Redbridge their priority as agreed last night is for the betterement of Chadwell holistically not localised areas. If you had come to the meeting you would have been welcome to join and you still are... I dont believe they have any exclusion policy. So why not come to the next meeting?
