Proposal: Redevelopment of site comprising 1 to 6 storey buildings to include 116 dwellings, offices, retail space, energy centre and associated works.
MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
The planning application for the Grove farm development is to be heard at a Planning regulatory meeting on the 14th April 2009 at the Council Chamber – Town Hall Ilford.
I am aware that many residents are apprehensive about this application and hence advise you of this impending decision. If you wish to speak at the meeting you must apply early as it will be on a first come first served basis and only 3 speakers will be invited.
