CLAPA Crafts Market
Saturday 6 June 2009

Venue: The Mall ( formerly know as the Ilford Exchange) in front of Harrison & Gibson and Argos.
Time: 11 am to 4 pm
Event details: Clapa,Cleft Lip & Palate Association will have variety stalls in aid of raising awareness. Beautiful hand made baby duvet & basket gift sets. Clapa information stall with our trained parent contacts. Hot freshly fried asian snacks. Exquisite pendant engraving.
Embroidery ,tapestry,crochet,knitting & candle wicking items made by "Clapa Friends" sewing team. For the children the sweet shop and "Catch The Fish" and much more surprising items in store. All welcome to join in the fun filled day!

Redbridge Magistrates Court open day
Saturday 6 June

Venue: Redbridge Magistrates Court850 Cranbrook RoadBarkingsideIG6 1HW (view on map)
Time: 10 am to 4 pm
Event: There will be mock trials throughout the day, tours of the cells and court rooms. On site there will be a prisoner transport vehicle, ambulance, fire engine and police vehicles. Finger printing and "tagging" demonstrations.
You will also have the opportunity to find out how to become a Magistrate.

Green fingers day
Sunday 7 June
Venue:
Valentines Mansion
Time: 11 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm
Event: Take a guided walk around the Mansion’s gardens with the Rangers and collect leaves and twigs to make some fun nature-inspired rubbings and collages. In conjunction with BBC Breathing Places.
