This ol' House

This property which is located on Chadwell Heath Lane has allegedly had scaffolding up for in excess of two years without any further development to the property. Local people have asked me to investigate the legality of such practice and I have reported it to the planning department for their review and feedback. I am no expert on Planning legislation, however, I know I would not appreciate such practice next door to me. I will cascade any response to you all via my blog.
