Residents of Shepherds Close beware! A planning application has been submitted for the car park located near the Havering Gardens entrance to your road (near flats). Thinks have been ominous for quite some while especially after the a board was placed at the entrance to the car park, prohibiting use to existing residents. I have raised an objection to the application and will be writing to local residents to advise them to voice their concerns too.
