I had reported this awful external staircase which is falling to pieces which is at the rear of Pavement mews - the same location as the recent roof clearance. This has not yet been repaired despite the Health and Safety Team Advising me that they had been in contact with the owner. This concern is particularly disturbing as I and the H&S Team are aware that a number of families live in the flats to the top of these very dangerous stairs. I will chase a response from the H&S Team and will keep local residents informed of any action to be taken.
