Our weeding section have removed the unsightly weeds from the tree bed at the pedestrian opening to the A12 at Shepherds Close. They deserve great praise and thanks for the speedy manner in which this work was carried out. However, It is disappointing that the treed bed located directly opposite around 100m away near no. 63, still has visible weeding issues.
This tree bed was raised as a concern over a month ago and may not have the "Tree sucker" problem of the other beds, however, it is still a very unsightly mess that requires tending. I will ask the Tree Section to review the are for some potential remedial work.
