Richmond Estate - What a calamity!

Richmond estate is in a diabolical state everywhere you look there are issues of repair and maintenance that affect quality of life, heath and safety and general aesthetics. I have rallied on to the Management Agents RMG and little seems to have progressed. I am going to dedicate some more time over the next few weeks in finding a positive solution. In the first picture on this story you can see a rubber tube that stretches along the whole length of the first block and is often protruding into the streets causing a trip hazard - RMG stated it would be removed a long while ago- yet we are still viewing this today.

The railing at the entrance corner to the Richmond Estate has been damaged by a vehicle and 2 years on the insurance rebate has failed to materialise. RMG complained to me that they could not get a crime reference from the Police. I facilitated this with our Local Chadwell Sergeant and am bemused we are still in the same position...?

Just look at the state of the inside of the Underground Car park to the Richmond Estate....You should see it at times of high rainfall! residents have been very concerned about the lack of repair and the failure to reinstate the car park. What was the solution RMG decided to implement....

Gating the Car park with a bright yellow lock....? It is time RMG faced up to their responsibility and re-opened the underground Car Park! In its current state the Car park is fuelling potential disease with much stagnant water (where they have switched of the pumps) and litter it will be a breeding ground for pests - if not controlled. I have asked planning to look into this matter.

One reason why the previous contractor's ambitions to introduce real sunlight to the underground Car Park has failed, is that the slats on their light filters are the wrong way up...? I have raised this with RMG and to date nothing has been done to change this.

Stone banks are empty and stones are being used to fill drains below. Perhaps soil and vegetation would be a better option?

Loose bricks have been in the same location for over 8 months. Repairs are not been undertaken to broken segments of walls. I have been informed of bricks being thrown around by antisocial youths...This is an opportunist crime and it is being facilitated at this estate.

Gates to the underground Car Parks have been locked to keep people out. The Car Parks have now been unused for over 3 years and still do not look like being repaired...? I believe the Underground Car Parks were an essential ingredient for the initial planning application...I have set an enquiry with the Planning Team.

Stone banks are empty as stones have been thrown into drains below them and Water mains have been tampered withs as seen in picture?

Fly tipping and inappropriately disposed of resident waste is present in all the bin Areas...this is continual and promises of gating schemes and CCTV fail to materialise?
