Overgrown hedges along Railway Street and Essex Road are making pavements extremely difficult to use as safe walkways. They potentially allow thugs to lie in wait to accost pedestrians. Whilst, also forcing pedestrains to walk on the road to avoid being entangled in the spiky bushes. I have informed streetscene and the Borough Arboriculturalist.
Not a pretty sight ay...?
