I think I know a Graffiti Culprit!

In the pictures above you will see the abbreviated Moe and Mohammed written on a garage and the pavement floor of Shepherds Close (near no 61). It transpires that your friendly Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator; Isla Martin is aware of a young lad with a similar name, living not too far from the writing. Details of the graffiti and the boy's address have been forwarded to the Streetscene team. The same red spray can is increasingly being used to write graffiti in the local area. Already more graffiti has been placed on the garage in the top picture and there is similar evidence of graffiti in the adjoining borough of Barking and Dagenham, not 20 yards away. This may be a prank and it may not have been Mohammed that wrote the graffiti, however, it will be the responsibility of the Streetscene team to investigate and I will report back to you accordingly.
