I have received a comment from a reader of the Blog that is very thought provoking. It would seem that many of you are looking for solutions to antisocial behaviour and are not happy with the existing arrangements. I just feel that a good start to getting what you want, would be for residents to share their thoughts and ideas on how this pervading social malaise, could be reduced. I would ask that you share your views and thoughts...?

The first thing to do is to stop making assumptions that people who look like those in your graphic above, are up to no good.
