Graffiti definately dying a death!

Here is one of the few incidents of graffiti in our ward one a pervading social malaise that was rather ubiquitous in Chadwell. Russell ward and his Street scene team are now responding quicker than ever to our reports and I feel as if a war is being won. This graffiti found on the bottom lip of a garage on the corner of Park Lane and Park Villa's has now been reported and will no doubt be removed shortly. We are also due a paint over on the doors of the garage to number 2 Park Lane. I will ask Russell for a confirmed date for this as a resident asked me this morning whilst delivering.
