Safety first!

This mess outside the bin area near 1-6 Birch court is the residual waste from an unproked arson attacked that occurred in the bin area in July. It is disappointing to see it is still there and should be a management agent responsibility to remove. I will send this blog story to Winchesters and Redbridge Council Street Scene team. It is rather negligent to leave such rubbish on the wall next to a bin area as I have seen young children playing with the items that are rather dangerous!
