The same vandal covered these garages just behind the wall above....?

The green box above can be found on Haywards Avenue the box needs a repaint to return it to its former state.

The wall and the garages above have been tagged in large writing that would have taken some time to do. Local residents may have a description of the miscreant involved. I have reported the unsightly writings to the Redbridge Streetscene team and am sure they will be removed with expediency.
