Am image of the corner of Tendring Way taken at around 12:00 yesterday whilst Juliet and I were posting newsletters.
This is the corner of Rochford Avenue is a similar condition at the same time.I don't know if these bags have been dumped by local residents or placed their temporarily by council workers? However, they looked rather unsightly and I have reported them to the General Cleansing Team. I will inform you of any received responses.
