House sales!

As we were delivering letters along Grove Road on Tuesday we noticed an irate resident complaining about how an estate agent had placed a for sale sign in her garden incorrectly. Fortunately, local contractors working on a house nearby knocked the sign down for the residents.

The resident called the estate agents, however they had not removed the sign from her front garden by the next day, as Wilson had kept his promise to contact the council who removed the sign board for us.

Any incorrect signage of this nature, should be reported as estate agents can be fined for non-compliance with regulations. If you know of any signboards that should not be where they are, please do inform us. Here is the response from the Council:
