Banging like the clappers!
Double yellow lines here please!
In response to our recent letters regarding road safety measures to be implemented on Grove Road, we were asked by a local individual to seek an extension to the double yellow line provision to Chadwell Heath Lane at both sides of the junction. It would seem inconsiderate parking has increased and is particularly bad around the opening and closing times of the local Grove Primary School. I have referred the matter to the Highways department and shall keep you informed.
The same resident has complained about the noise made by the cooler to the local telecoms mast. I have asked for the local environmental team to investigate the noise levels of the machinery.
