Please avoid using Chadwell Heath Lane during rush hour. I have noticed there are utility works to the fore of Grove Primary School. Knowing how busy this road is and the location of the works, I would assume they will impact detrimentally on the already poor traffic flow in the area.I will update you on the length of time for works after I get a response from the Highways Team.
