I received an anonymous message on my Blog this morning about a green telecoms box that was in a poor state. when I surveyed the item (see picture attached with story) I was a little disturbed that it is so open to vandalism and theft. I have heard stories of the insides of the boxes being removed due to the high copper content which is very valuable. I have emailed a picture to the Streetscene Team and hope that it will be repaired shortly. I will advise residents of progress.I could not find any graffiti in the area and was hoping the comment maker could clarify where it is....?
